Seeing from a 4 year old's point of view

Erich was watching Sherlock Holmes, and Gabby was flitting around the room, watching occasionally but mostly intent on doing her own thing. She heard hoofbeats, so of course she looked, and saw a horse and carriage on the screen.
"Is that a pirate horse?" she asked.

"A pirate horse! Is that why he's wearing eye patches like that?"
